Body structure
Stainless Steel Body Frame
The Tor-Max and Tri-Max body construction system is proprietary to Spartan. This body construction offers a stainless steel tubular frame, standard on all Spartan Fire Apparatus. This stainless steel tubular frame can be finished with a standard aluminum skin or an optional stainless steel skin. This body construction offers extra compartment space, improves strength and stability, all while reducing torsional resistance.

Vibra Torq Mounting System
The Vibra Torq body mounting system is standard on all Spartan Fire apparatus. This system is proprietary to Spartan. The Vibra Torq system reduces vibration and stresses on the body for a smoother ride, requires less maintenance, and leads to a longer vehicle life.

The omni pump control system
The Omni Pump Panel system is a Spartan proprietary feature. Utilize the Omni system with a FRC Pump Boss governor and your pumper, aerial, or tanker can be controlled from any location with an Omni panel placed. Not only does this system save pump panel space but can also offer safety and visibility to the pump operator.
Spartan smart storage options

The area forward and rearward of the wheels on a fire apparatus are often the most underutilized space. The Spartan smart storage options are a viable option to utilize this space. With an optional oil dry hopper, 3-4 SCBA bottle storage, and two extinguisher slots the space can be easily utilized. The smart storage can also be custom fabricated to fit any specialized equipment your department may wish to carry including rope bags, hydrant bags, or chains.

Spartan pumpers offer a significant amount of access to critical areas of the truck such as engine, transmission, and pump. Spartan body's also have many access panels throughout in key areas to allow for ease of serviceability and access. The plumbing in a Spartan fire apparatus is stainless steel, standard.

Spartan offers many options for hose bed covers. The two main types of hose bed covers offered are hard and vinyl. Hard hose bed covers come in many different constructions and feature a diamond plate finish for added durability. Hard hose bed covers also have an optional directional traffic adviser built in for added safety and visibility. An electronic or manual raise is optional on hard hose bed covers. Vinyl hose bed covers are an economical option for any pumper. Vinyl hose bed covers are typically black or red with various securing options. Custom lettering is also available with vinyl hose bed covers.
